Assignment - PDP

Hi All,
is there anyone else as daft as me and in work?!! (although I am getting on with my assignment!!)
I think this may be one for the tutors but thought I'd get your views first!!
In the assignment at learning Outcome part 1.4 it ask for a copy of a PDP and then at 3.3 it asks for a review and update of a PDP. Do you think therefore that we need to provide two PDP versions or just the final version after reviewing and updating?

just a quick update: I have had a response from Dave Cater and we only to provide the final updated version of PDP.
